Can I try Pro before paying?

Yes. Every new account gets a free trial of Pro with no credit card required. The trial gives you unlimited dictations so you can test the full quality before deciding.

What's the difference between cloud and offline mode?

Cloud mode sends audio to Groq's servers for transcription (fast, no local compute required). Offline / local mode runs a multilingual Whisper model directly on your Windows PC — audio never leaves your machine, and it handles accented English well. Offline mode requires ~4 GB RAM and a ~466 MB one-time model download.

Can I cancel my Pro subscription anytime?

Yes — cancel at any time from the app or your Stripe billing portal. No cancellation fee. Your subscription runs until the end of the current billing period.

Does Lifetime include future updates?

Yes. Lifetime means lifetime — all desktop app updates, accuracy improvements, and new voice commands are included. The only thing not guaranteed is support for major new cloud services if they introduce external costs.

Is there a team or enterprise plan?
